DAY 3 - MONDAY

Merida Historical Tour - Paseo Montejo
Escort group to working tour.

History of Mexico and Yucatán and then the big mansions over Paseo de Montejo where we explain how was life in the early 1900 and the origin of those houses. Then we go to main square in downtown where we explain life before the conquest and the transition after the conquest and life for the Mayans. If possible visit Casa de Montejo museum. Lunch will be provided at restaurant

DAY 4 - TUESDAY

Chichen Itzá Mayan Ruin Tour
Bus transport from Merida to Chichén Itzá.

Chichén Itzá is a complex of Mayan ruins on Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. A massive step pyramid, known as El Castillo or Temple of Kukulcan, dominates the ancient city, which thrived from around 600 A.D. to the 1200s. Graphic stone carvings survive at structures like the ball court, Temple of the Warriors and the Wall of the Skulls. Nightly sound-and-light shows illuminate the buildings' sophisticated geometry. Lunch will be provided at restaurant. Afternoon shopping at location shops. Return to Merida hotel.

DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY

Santa Barbara Ceneto
Bus transport from Merida to Santa Barbara Ceneto. The packages we offer include a visit to the 3 cenotes, a life jacket and transportation from the entrance to the Cenotes, which can be either by bicycle or a truc. Lunch will be provided at restaurant. Visit local ruin on our the way back to the city. Return to Merida hotel.
